Fall session begins Monday, August 18, 2008.

Classes are offered in: ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, preschool dance and gym, preschool gym only, intro to cheer, pre-tumbling and cheer tumbling. Click here for class descriptions.

There will be no classes during these scheduled holidays:
Labor Day: September 1
Thanksgiving: November 26-30
Christmas: December 19-January 2
Spring Break/Easter: March 13-22
May Recital: Friday, May 8 (rehearsal) & Saturday, May 9 (show) at the Civic Center Auditorium

Tuition is billed monthly to your e-mail address you provide. Please keep the front desk advised of any address changes. After two months of non-payment on account, students will automatically be dropped from their classes.

All classes are subject to change based on enrollment or staff availability.

 


Policies

 

  1. All release and liability forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before any student begins a class.
    2.
  2. The frequency a parent may observe class is left to the instructor. Parents will see more progress if they observe occasionally.
    3.
  3. Upon enrollment, the student is enrolled for the nine months of instruction.  Students enrolled from August to December will participate in the May recital.  Costumes will be ordered in November.
    4.
  4. If it is necessary to withdraw a child from the school or change their schedule, notify the front desk. Failure to do so will result in continued liability of tuition.
    5.
  5. Shorts are allowed in gym classes only. Dance shorts may only be worn in tap. No T-shirts in any class except hip-hop.
    6.
  6. Jazz pants are only allowed in hip-hop classes.
    7.
  7. No jewelry in any class.
    8.
  8. No gum allowed inside the building.
    9.
  9. No food or drinks allowed in classrooms or dressing rooms.
    10.
  10. Hair must be pulled back for all dance and gym classes and worn in a “classical bun” for all ballet classes.
    11.
  11. Absolutely no tuition adjustments will be made except in extreme cases of prolonged illness with a doctor’s excuse.
    12.
  12. Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Payments not received by the 10th will result in a $10 late fee.
    13.
  13. If a student attends one class in a month, you are responsible for the full month’s tuition.
    14.
  14. After two months of non-payment, students will automatically be dropped from all classes.

 


Attire

 

Preschool Combo
Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, tan tap shoes, dance bag, ballet skirt (may be worn for dance portion only), hair pulled back into a bun. Place child’s name in shoes and bag.

Ballet
Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, no ballet skirts, hair pulled back into a bun.

Tap
Black leotard, black tights, level 1 and up black oxford shoe, hair pulled back into a bun or ponytail (not down). Ballet skirts or sweater shorts may only be worn in tap classes.

Jazz
Black leotard, black tights, black jazz shoes, no jazz pants, hair pulled back into a bun or ponytail.

Hip-Hop
Loose pants, leotard, T-shirt may be worn, jazz sneakers, hair pulled back, no street tennis shoes.

Gym Only or Tumbling
GIRLS - any color leotard with shorts or bikatard. No shoes.
BOYS - navy blue shorts & white T-shirt. No shoes.

Intro to Cheer
Any leotard with shorts and tennis shoes.
